| The paper highlights the concept of “digital government”. It mentions the positive aspects and possible risks. The works of some researchers, which show key approaches to the formation of scientific, theoretical and conceptual foundations of digital government are considered. A model of the decision-making system in the digital government environment with a built-in smart OLAP (On Line Analytical Processing) system is developed. The smart OLAP system includes such digital technologies as Data Mining, neural networks, blockchain, etc., which enables deep, fast data analysis, and contributes to more accurate decision-making. Models for an OLAP system integration with each of these technologies are presented, and a hybrid model is developed and introduced. The paper also draws attention to the need to assess the effectiveness of the digital government. Methods for assessing effectiveness are proposed. | |
