| This work focuses on the orchestration of sucker rod pumps, specifically for low-production (low-flow) wells operating in periodic pumping modes. By leveraging advancements in cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things, and modern clustering algorithms such as k-means, this study proposes a next-generation approach to managing these wells. The goal is to optimize load distribution in the oilfields power system, enhance operational efficiency, and enable predictive maintenance through real-time data analytics and digital twins. Simulation results demonstrate a 22% reduction in peak power consumption and a 10% increase in total production. | |
