 The article discusses environmental pollution issues during the drilling of oil and gas wells. Pollution prevention technology is proposed. The technology is based on an improved classical d-exponential method showing the dependence of mechanical drilling parameters: the principle of mathematical calculation of the dependence of the mechanical drilling speed on a number of other mechanical drilling parameters. Prevention of environmental pollution is justified by predicting zones of abnormal reservoir pressure, that is, preventing the occurrence of fluid manifestations (uncontrolled open fountains, griffins). Substances and compounds released into the environment (land and water bodies) during liquid release (oil, gas and mineralized water) are classified according to the degree of danger. Some pathological conditions that these substances and chemical compounds can cause in the human body are being studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed technology/method are noted. Suggestions are given to improve the accuracy of the forecast of systems created based on this method. The advantage of these systems is that they calculate the density of suspended drilling fluid to balance abnormal pressure. The principle of predicting the method, the system operation algorithm and the control program written in C based on this algorithm are presented. It is noted that the systems operation has been tested in laboratory tests using computer modeling, and the feasibility of its use in SOCAR wells has been substantiated.
