Biblioqrafik təsvir | Mamedova , M.H. Technique for Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Evaluation of Clinics’ Activity Based on Information in Medical Social Media Resources / M.H. Mamedova , Z.G. Jabrayilova , N. Shikhaliyeva // 9th International Conference on Control and Optimization With Industrial Applications. - Istanbul, 2024. - P. 89-92. | Annotasiya | Abstract—This paper offers a decision-making technique with
the application of SA and fuzzy logic to increase the efficiency
of clinics, which is one of the issues of special importance
in the health care system, based on patient reviews collected
in medical social media resources. The proposed technique is
based on lexicon-based sentiment analysis to classify patient
opinions about the activity of clinics as “negative”, “positive”,
and “neutral”, and manual sentiment analysis to determine the
criteria characterizing the activity of clinics. In order to take into
account, the vague concepts in the opinions, the linguistic variable
“compliance of the opinions to the ideal positive attitude”and a
set of relevant terms were included, and the issue of evaluating
the activities of the clinics was brought to the issue of fuzzy multi-
criteria evaluation. The results of the experimental application
of the proposed technique were presented, and the possibility of
its use in managerial decision-making of the clinics’ activities,
taking into account the public opinion, was shown. | | Elektron variant | Yoxdur |
