| The features of the creation and management of innovative technology parks as a complex object of complex socio-economic management in the provision are analyzed. The directions of specialization of technology parks in various fields in accordance with the trends of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the problems of managing their activities are shown. The scientific and theoretical foundations and features of multi-criteria expert assessments in assessing the activities of technology parks are analyzed. The results of the expert assessment of the weight coefficients of composite indices for a comparative assessment of the effectiveness of technology parks using the multicriteria method of expert evaluation were processed using a software package. Impact assessments given by experts on indices forming a composite index of technology parks are summarized and presented in the form of weights. Recommendations were given on promising areas for improving the methods of multicriteria expert assessments in assessing the effectiveness of technology parks. It was noted that the results of multicriteria expert assessments provide an important basis for effective decision-making and their implementation in decision-making processes. | |
