| The article considers the development of scientific methodological and practical bases for the assessment of innovative perspectives of the main sectors of the information economy, formed on the basis of the widespread use of ICT in modern times. Multi-criteria analysis methods and expert evaluation methods were applied to these issues. Features of the regional and sectoral approach to the assessment of the information economy are analyzed. Existing traditional and new scientific sub-sectors of the information economy have been identified. An appropriate system of indicators has been proposed for the evaluation of innovative perspectives of the information economy by multi-criteria analysis and expert methods. For a systematic analysis of the state of formation of the information economy, the features of the assessment of the stages of economic development at different levels in terms of functional, national, regional and sectoral are studied. Algorithmic stages of expert assessment of innovative perspectives of information economy have been developed. Experts were selected and weight coefficients were determined. The developed methodology was used to assess the prospects of sub-sectors based on their indicators. As a result of processing and analysis of expert assessments, innovative perspectives of the newest sub-sectors of the information economy have been adopted. | |
