| Article analyzes the processes that we meet in various fields of human activites today. They are mostly nonlinear and nonstationary or piecewise linear and stationary. In the article methodology of modelling nonlinear nonstationary processes is proposed. Article presents a wide subclass of nonliear processes that is created today by the models describing dynamics of conditional varience for heteroscedastic process. Thus, the general methodology is suggested for mathematical modelling and forecasting nonlinaer nonstationary processes. | |
