| In this paper have been offered ANFIS network for recognition Azerbaijani hand-printed characters, digits and some special keyboard characters. After normalization and thinning of characters, were defined fuzzy features: intersection points of character with carried out lines by given coordinates, diameter and location of closed areas of characters.
