 Annotasiya
This article highlights a multi-criteria assessment and identification of the activity of clinics based on patient reviews collected in medical social media resources. We refer to lexicon-based sentiment analysis, manual sentiment analysis and fuzzy logic in order to take into account the tonality of patient opinions about the activity of the clinics and the vague concepts of qualitative nature in these opinions. Based on the classification of the opinions in the cms_hospital_satisfaction_2020 database we present the possibilities of determining the rating of clinics, 6 new criteria characterizing the activity and their priority. Memorial Hospital is selected as a specific research object, the linguistic variable “compatibility of the opinion to the ideal positive attitude” and a set of relevant terms are included. The degree of compatibility of the opinions to the linguistic variable is determined on the basis of expert evaluation, the activity of the clinic is evaluated according to each criterion, and the identification of the situation is indicated according to the results obtained. The results obtained in the article can be used in decision-making taking into account public opinion to increase the efficiency of the clinics.
