 Annotasiya
 The article is devoted to the development of models and digital technologies that can be used in the planning of innovative products manufacturing of science and industry technoparks. The importance of digitalization and expanding the application of innovations in economic and business operations is justified. The areas of production of science-based digital innovation products have been shown to have a special advantage in the real sectors of the world economy in accordance with the 4.0 Industrial platform. The importance of science and industry technoparks in the development of the digital economy was commented and their organizational structures were analyzed. The importance of the formation of an integrated trio of "science-education-business" in the production of innovative products in science and industry technoparks was noted. Indicators and criteria for evaluation of science and industry technoparks have been developed. The directions of application of the best industrial digital technologies in their activity are defined. Application features of technologies such as industrial robots, artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, Industrial Internet of Things, Blockchain technologies, virtual reality tests, development of prototype of products/services with systems based on “Digital Twins” technology have been identified in the activities of scientific-industrial enterprises with innovative product manufacturing. Mathematical stages of modeling innovative resource-dependent product-service manufacturing plans in technoparks are given. Methodological approaches have been developed to assess the efficiency of the activity of technoparks. The information model of science and industry technoparks has been developed in the multi-level form of a system of composite indicators and indices. Relevant recommendations were given on the development and application of mathematical models, digital technologies in the planning of innovative products manufacturing of science and industry technoparks.
