| The article is devoted to the development of an expert method on online platforms for a comprehensive assessment of the activities of scientific technoparks in a multi-criteria environment. Innovative features of the management of technoparks in the production of innovative, science-based products and services were analyzed. The directions of specialization of technoparks in various fields in accordance with the trends of the IV Industrial Revolution and the problems of managing their activities were studied. A system of indicators and criteria for managing and evaluating the performance of technology parks has been developed. The scientific-theoretical bases and features of multi-criteria expert assessments in the assessment of the activity of technoparks were analyzed. The results of the evaluation of the weight ratios of the composite indices for the comparative assessment of the performance of technoparks by experts on online platforms were processed using a software package using the multi-criteria expert assessment method. The results of expert assessments of the weight coefficients of the composite index on the comparative assessment of the activity of technoparks were presented. A conceptual structural algorithm of the expert method has been developed on online platforms for a comprehensive assessment of the activities of scientific technoparks. Recommendations were given on promising areas for improving multi-criteria expert assessment methods in assessing the performance of technology parks. It was noted that the results of multi-criteria expert assessments provide a scientific basis for effective decision-making and implementation in decision-making processes. | |
