| An algorithm for effective generation of cryptographically robust elliptic curves over optimal expanding fields is proposed. The algorithm is based on the theory of complex multiplication. Hilbert polynomials are used in the proposed variant of complex multiplication. Recommendations are given for the selection of discriminants as a function of the cofactor. Questions related to implementation of the proposed algorithm are investigated. | |
