 The article provides information on the synthesis of software systems. It explores the issue of synthesis in decision-making and highlights its importance. In this article, the development of a conceptual model for the problems of synthesis of intelligent software systems, creation of a model of the synthesis process, and the development of knowledge base, intelligent interface, structural scheme of the algorithm, the use of artificial intelligence methods, and the development of mathematical software are the main stages. One of the most important issues is the role of a set of criteria in the set of criteria for the most permitted alternatives. This article develops a conceptual model, establishes a model of the synthesis process, and builds an intelligent interface. To provide the user with an intelligent interface, the program itself must first be intelligent. The issue of building a knowledge base is considered. Expert estimation and fuzzy set theory are used to construct the intelligent interface applying artificial intelligence methods. Criteria and alternatives are identified in the experts’ group formation at the knowledge discovery stage. The characteristics of the users as a group are determined. A mathematical model is developed for the intelligent interface. The competency of the expert group is formed and evaluated, and experiments are conducted. The development and implementation of such systems leads to decrease of costs, fast and efficient operation of the program. The results obtained are satisfactory. The developed method can be beneficial for everyone.
