| This paper focuses on the problems of anti-plagiarism in Azerbaijan. The solution of these problems is mainly based on the formation of national electronic content and creation of a national anti-plagiarism system. The paper outlines the ways to create national electronic content. Here, a conceptual model of the national anti-plagiarism system has been proposed. Recommendations on the application of legal, public censure, and awareness methods for anti-plagiarism have been proposed. socio-psychological factors caused by plagiarism in Azerbaijan were analyzed and methods for their avoidance were described. | |
